Cleaning Schedule or plan for FCP’s

  • If your business is registered under a Food Control Plan you must have a written cleaning schedule.
  • Include benches, floors, walls, cupboards, ventilation canopies, toilets, big pieces of equipment etc etc
  • Detail the method, like which product and cloth
  • You don’t need to keep written records of every time you clean. 
  • Some businesses find it useful to have a chart or sign off sheet so staff can sign off.
